Can I order a custom size?

For many materials, it is possible to supply a custom size. This is available for paper, alu-dibond, plexiglass, textile frames, and acoustic panels. The maximum sizes are as follows:

Posters: 148 x 148 cm | Alu-dibond: 150 x 298 cm | Plexiglass: 150 x 298 cm | Textile frame: 240 x 308 cm | Acoustic panel: 160 x 260 cm.

Which materials are suitable for outdoor use?

The alu-dibond material is UV resistant and water repellent, making it very suitable for outdoor use.

Can the designs be customized?

No substantive changes can be made to the designs, such as adjusting (background) colours and/or adding or removing elements.

Which hanging systems are available?

The materials canvas, textile frame, acoustic panel, and textile poster all come with a corresponding hanging system. For plexiglass and alu-dibond, a hanging plate is included for sizes up to 70 x 100 cm, and a blind hanging system (frame) for larger sizes. So, a hanging system is always included with your material. You can read more about the hanging systems here.

Does my poster come with a frame?

The paper posters do not come with a frame; unfortunately, we are unable to supply these either.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with iDeal, Paypal, credit card, Sofort, Bancontact and Klarna.

Delivery & shipping

What is the delivery time?

After ordering, your design goes into production at the printer. We aim to deliver it to you within 3 to 5 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany is free.

What happens if the delivery is damaged in transit?

Unfortunately, sometimes a product gets damaged during transport. Send some photos of the damage to info@posterjunkie.eu and it will be resolved!

Returns

Can I return an order?

Of course, it can happen that you want to return your order, and that's no problem at all. You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. The return costs are for your own account.

For large packages, it is possible to have them picked up at home by a courier service and returned; the costs for this are €25.
