Returns within 30 days

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. The costs for returning the product from your home are for your own account. 

To exercise your right of return, please contact us at info@posterjunkie.eu. You will then receive the due order amount within 14 days after registering your return, once it has been received in good order.

If you wish to return one or more items, this is no problem at all. You can send an email to info@posterjunkie.eu with a return request. Please state your name and order number in your email.

 

Have you received a damaged product?
Report the damage via info@posterjunkie.eu and include some photos of the damage. After the photos have been received and it has been determined that the damage occurred through no fault of the customer, the order will be put back into production and you will receive it within 5 working days.

Custom designs or sizes (custom work) cannot be returned.

Wall mounting

The fine art prints are supplied unframed. You can hang them by adding a frame to your order on the product page or using your own frame

Canvas will be supplied with a metal hanging plate which allows you to easily hang the work on a screw or nail on the wall.

Canvas is a material that needs little explanation. It consists of a canvas stretched over an 18 mm thick wooden frame. The whole gives a beautiful spatial effect on the wall. The print on the canvas will have a matte finish due to the material.

The choice of the right paper for posters is very precise. After extensively studying various print proofs, PosterJunkie decided to use 250-gram matte photo paper, finished with single-sided lamination. 

 

The paper is very thick, so it can absorb ink well without warping. The laminate layer provides extra protection against UV light (to prevent discoloration) and moisture. Because a poster on paper is cheaper than other materials, you can easily switch up your designs in the frame.

If you're looking for wall decoration that stands out, a print on Alu-Dibond is an excellent choice. The full-colour print truly pops off the panel. The designs on Dibond are highly suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Alu-Dibond panels are lightweight panels composed of three layers. The outer layers are made of 0.3 mm thick aluminum, and the core is made of black plastic, also known as polyethylene. The entire panel is 3 mm thick.

The flexible polyester fabric has a fine structure and absorbs light instead of reflecting it, ensuring the print is always visible.

Your design on an acoustic panel

High sound absorption

Made from durable material

Delivered in a sleek aluminum frame

The Acoustic panel is constructed from four different layers. The top layer has a sharp print and special point bonding, ensuring the structure remains open for sound absorption. After a sound-permeable intermediate layer, which dampens mid-range frequencies, comes the acoustic material. This is 90% made from cotton fibers from mechanically recycled jeans. 

 

This means that the textile is pulled apart by a machine to a fiber level. The long cotton fibers ensure that sound waves are well absorbed. This ensures that noise pollution is drastically reduced and reverberation is lessened. The entire assembly is also sealed with sound-dampening mid-range frequencies.

The material consists of a crease-free polyester fabric. Thanks to the high-quality print, the colours truly stand out on this supple material. The Textile Posters include beech wood rods. These are attached in a tunnel both at the top and bottom. The tunnel is finished with a seam of white or black thread. The flat tunnel size of the Textile Poster is 4 cm.

 

The sides are laser-cut for a sleek finish and to prevent fraying. The string for hanging has a leather look and is supplied separately.

Can I order a custom size?

Unfortunately it's not possible to order custom sizes other then displayed on the product pages

What is the delivery time?

After your order, it will go into production at the printer as soon as possible. We aim to deliver orders within 5 working days after the order is placed.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free!

Which materials are suitable for outdoor use?

No changes can be made to the designs, such as adjusting (background) colours and/or adding or removing elements.

Can the designs be customized?

The fine art prints do not come standard with a frame; you can select a frame on the product page to go with your print

Which hanging systems are available?

Unfortunately, sometimes a product gets damaged during transport. Send some photos of the damage to info@posterjunkie.eu and it will be resolved!

Does my poster come with a frame?

Of course, it can happen that you want to return your order, and that's no problem at all. You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. The return costs are for your own account.
