Shipping
The products are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Most products are delivered by PostNL, DHL, or a courier service. The goal is to deliver all posters to you within 5 working days. If it takes longer, please contact us viainfo@posterjunkie.eu.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package; please consult the carrier's website for exact rates.
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to PosterJunkie with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning it.
To exercise this right, you can contact us viainfo@posterjunkie.eu. We will then refund the amount due for the order within 14 days after your return has been registered, provided the product has already been received back in good condition.
Large format returns
If you want to return a large format item, it can be difficult as a private individual through regular carriers such as PostNL or DHL. Therefore, it is possible to schedule a pickup for these packages by a courier from my printer, the cost for this is approximately €25. Of course, it is also possible to choose your own carrier.

info@posterjunkie.eu. You will then receive the amount due for the order within 14 days after registering your return, once it has been received in good condition.
If you want to return one or more items, this is no problem at all. You can send an email for this to
info@posterjunkie.euwith a return request. Please include your name and your order number in your email.
Have you received a damaged product?
Report the damage via
info@posterjunkie.eu and send some photos of the damage. Once the photos have been received and it has been determined that the damage occurred through no fault of the customer, the order will be put back into production and you will receive it within 5 working days.
Custom made
Customized designs or formats (custom work) unfortunately cannot be returned.
