Shipping

Products are shipped for free within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Most products are delivered by PostNL, DHL, or a courier service. We aim to deliver all posters to you within 5 working days. If it takes longer, please contact us at info@posterjunkie.eu.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. The costs for returning the product from your home to PosterJunkie are for your own account


If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to PosterJunkie with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@posterjunkie.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Returning large format items

If you wish to return a large-sized item, this can be difficult for a private individual using standard carriers such as PostNL or DHL. Therefore, it is possible to schedule a pickup for these parcels by a courier from our printer, at a cost of approximately €25. Of course, you can also choose your own carrier. 

Customization

Custom designs or sizes (bespoke items) unfortunately cannot be returned.

Have you received a damaged product?

Report the damage via info@posterjunkie.eu and include several photos of the damage. After the photos have been received and it has been determined that the damage occurred through no fault of the customer, the order will be put back into production and you will receive it within 5 working days.
